I had a wonderful stay at this hotel surrounded by beautiful plants on a spacious balcony with a lovely view. The terrace was a great spot to unwind, but the bath and shower situation could be improved. The service was excellent, and even though we didn't make any requests, I felt they would have gone above and beyond. The tranquil location in the tropical jungle was perfect for a peaceful retreat, though being further away from the busy streets made accessibility a bit challenging. Dining was satisfactory with a variety of options but lacked a standout dish like foie gras. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a comfortable and clean environment.
